Contents: Social and political determinants of health are responsible for health inequities, i.e. unfair and avoidable differences in health status. Such determinants are extremely relevant for Palestinians and also Palestine refugees which is the largest and oldest refugee populations in the world. The longstanding refugee status, coupled with social, economic and security instabilities made already vulnerable Palestine refugees most vulnerable. There will be analysis and discussion of social and political determinants of health that are negatively affecting the well-being of Palestinians.
